فعاليات مهرجان بيروت للصورة ٢٠٢٢ – “الذاكرة”

برعاية وزير الثقافة القاضي محمد وسام المرتضى تدعوكم “جمعية مهرجان الصورة- ذاكرة” إلى حضور افتتاح “مهرجان بيروت للصورة” ٢٠٢٢، في نسخته الثانية، بمعرضين:

• معرض “تحية إلى شيرين أبو عاقلة” وعرض فيلم “اللقاء الأخير”.
• معرض “ذكرى مدينة”، تخليداً لضحايا انفجار بيروت في ٤ آب ٢٠١٩. يضم اعمالًا للمصورة الفوتوغرافية شيرين يزبك تحت عنوان “ذلك اليوم الذي مُتُّ فيه”، إلى جانب أعمال أخرى متفرقة لدار المصور ومصورين آخرين.
الساعة السادسة مساء الخميس ١ أيلول ٢٠٢٢، في المكتبة الوطنية اللبنانية، بيروت، الصنايع. يستمر المعرضان لغاية مساء الثلاثاء ١٣ منه، يوميًّا من الساعة ١٠:٠٠ صباحًا حتى ٧:٠٠ مساءً.

Under the Patronage of the Minister of Culture, H.E. Judge Mohammad Wissam al-Mortada, The Image Festival Association – Zakira is organizing the opening ceremony of the “Beirut Image Festival (BIF)” 2022 as follow:

Date: Thursday, 01st of September 2022
Venue: The Lebanese National Library, Sanayeh
Time: 18:00 PM
Available: daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM until Tuesday, 13 September 2022

During the ceremony a tribute will be given to Shireen Abu Akleh through a photography exhibition and “The Last Encounter” film will be screening. We will also be exhibiting the “Memory of a City” in memory of the victims of the Beirut Port Explosion, featuring Chérine Yazbeck’s exhibition “Je suis mort ce jour-là” (The Day I Died) and a collective exhibition by Dar al-Mussawir and photographers.

معرض “طهران، القدس، بيروت – رحلة آلفرد” للمصور الإيراني الفرنسي آلفرد يعقوب زاده. يجسد صور رحلة بين آلام وآمال ثلاث دول، منذ ثمانينيات القرن الماضي.
الساعة السادسة مساء الجمعة ٢ أيلول ٢٠٢٢، في مبنى جريدة “السفير “، الحمرا. يستمر لغاية مساء الأحد ١٨ منه، يوميًا من الساعة ٩:٠٠ صباحًا حتى ٩:٠٠ مساءً.

“Tehran, Jerusalem, Beirut – A Journey by Alfred” by the Iranian-French photographer Alfred Yaghobzadeh. The World Press Photo Winner will take us on a journey between three countries showing the sufferings and hopes that they have experienced since the 1980s.

This exhibition will take place as follow:

معرض “فلسطين .. حياة بعيون المصور خليل رعد: معرض تكريمي”، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة الدراسات الفلسطينية. يتضمن صوراً تاريخية من أرشيف المصور خليل رعد، توثق الحياة اليومية ومشاهد طبيعية، وصورًا من المدن والقرى الفلسطينية ما قبل النكبة.
من الساعة ٤:٠٠ حتى ٦:٠٠ مساء الخميس ٨ أيلول، في قاعة المعارض في مؤسسة الدراسات الفلسطينية، شارع فردان. يستمر لغاية ٣٠ منه، من الساعة ٨:٠٠ صباحًا حتى ٤:٠٠ مساءً، من الإثنين الى الجمعة أسبوعيًّا.

In collaboration with Institute for Palestine Studies, “Palestine… Life Through the Eyes of the Photographer Khalil Raad: A Tribute Exhibition” gives us a glimpse of the daily life, landscapes and urban photos of the pre-Nakba Palestine. The exhibition will run as follow:

Venue: Institute for Palestine Studies exhibitions space in Verdun
Time: 16:00 PM – 18:00 PM
Available: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM until Friday, 30 September 2022

    المعرض العام لمهرجان بيروت للصورة - ٢٠٢٢ "الذاكرة" ، ويتضمن مشاريع تصوير متنوعة لـ٣٨ مصوراً من أنحاء العالم. يجمعها محور "الذاكرة"، وتختلف بين التحقيقات الإخبارية والقصص الشخصية الحميمية وفولكلور وثقافات لشعوب متنوعة. 

الساعة السادسة مساء الجمعة ١٦ أيلول ٢٠٢٢، في المكتبة الوطنية اللبنانية، بيروت، الصنايع. يستمر لغاية الجمعة ٣٠ منه، يوميًا من الساعة ١٠:٠٠ صباحًا حتى ٧:٠٠ مساءً.

During the third week of the Festival, the opening of the Beirut Image Festival Collective Exhibition 2022 will showcase photo projects and stories from 38 photographers from around the world. The common theme is “Memory” categorized according to news and reportage, intimate, personal and family stories, cultures from around the world, and creative photographic techniques that captures unique stories.

The exhibition will run as follow:

معرض “شاهد على الزمن الجميل” لعدنان ناجي الذي فتح لنا أرشيفه لعرض صور النجوم اللبنانيين والعرب، من ستينيات وسبعينيات القرن الماضي، فيروز وأم كلثوم وصباح وشوشو، وغيرهم من الأسماء التي ملأت ولمّا تزل الوسط الفني بالجمال والإبداع.
الساعة السادسة مساء الخميس ٢٢ أيلول، في مبنى جريدة “السفير”. الحمرا. يستمر لغاية الجمعة ٣٠ منه، يوميًا من الساعة ١٠:٠٠ صباحًا حتى ٧:٠٠ مساءً.

“Witness to the Golden Years” is an exhibition by Adnan Naji who opens his archive to showcase photos of the Lebanese and Arab stars from the sixties and seventies. Some of these famous stars include amongst others – Fairouz, Oum Kolthoum, Sabah, Faten Hamama, Shoushou and other names that filled the golden era with art and beauty.

The exhibition is one of the activities of Beirut Image Festival 2022 – “Memory” program.
